Healing Art

Painting transforms me. When I paint with an intention to heal, when I seek to make improvements within my own mind and spirit, I repair beliefs that affect all areas of life. Abstract painting lifts lingering emotions, and where unwanted emotions are released, peace fills its place. I am responsible for my own true comfort and painting is my therapy.

Each painting below has relieved buried stress and brought me solace. My work continues to heal me, and with each layer, my work delves deeper into my psyche. My painting method is truly transformational and it is my lifelong practice. To view more artwork, click here or online.
